Windows 11 After Windows 11 update, favorites are no longer at top

After a Windows 11 update, my favorites are no longer at the top left of file explorer. OneDrive is there and is always open. Which is very inconvenient when I want to go to my documents or desktop folder. Because now I'm forced to scroll down through all of my OneDrive folders to get to my favorites. How do I move my favorites back to the top? How do I make sure my OneDrive folder is always collapsed?
