Windows 11 After Windows Update: Bluetooth Speakers No Longer Outputting Sound or Showing Up in Playback Sound Devices

After updating my computer today, which has been on Windows 11 for months without issues, my Megaboom 3 Bluetooth speakers are no longer outputting sound while connected to my computer. The speaker device is showing up in Bluetooth & devices as connected, but not showing up under Settings - Sound - Playback.I've uninstalled the Bluetooth speaker drivers and then paired the speakers again resulting in the same issue.
