Windows 10 After Windows update received ftPM Message but this is not a new CPU, how should I move forward?

I was having trouble accessing Google Drive (desktop not browser) on laptop. I've had this happen before and sometimes a restart resolves it. There were updates available so I went ahead with updates and restart then stepped away. When I came back I had this message. I have no idea what to do because I did NOT install a new CPU so no idea why I am getting this message or what options I should do?"Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have Bitlocker or encryption-enabled system, the system will not boot without a recovery key.
