Windows 10 AirPods not recognized on desktop but are on laptop

Hello all!I have a pretty specific situation that I couldn't find any good fixes online for.So here's the issue:I have airpod gen 2s that have never been connected to an apple device (I used android). I recently wanted to use them on my desktop PC. But they do not show up on the devices available. What is interesting is that my desktop can access other BT devices (Mice. Keyboards, etc) AND my laptop computer (Surface Pro 3) can connect to the airpods. This means I am pairing them correctly, but something is happening to my PC.What I have tried:- Restarting PC- Resetting Airpods- Updating Windo
