Windows 10 ALL 3 screens recieve no power randomly causing ALL PC tower fans to kick in.

Just to clarify, this problem is random.It can happen within 5 mins of turning the PC on, or it can last for hours, running exactly how it should; then out of nowhere, all 3 monitors go black screen (no power received), at the same time ALL the fans within the tower go full throttle. This will stay like this until i have to intervene by hitting the reset button. I have done ALL the usual checks. ALL drivers are up to date. ALL power cables work fine as a restart fixes the problem temporarily.ALL HDMI and DVI cables work fine as the restart fixes the problem temporarily.PC IS NOT overclockedPC
