Windows 11 All applications take very long to open for the first time after a new Windows 11 update

Currently I can open any application fast, like Blender, Paint, Notepad, File Explorer, Excel, etc. But whenever windows 11 updates come in, then after restart, all my programs take very long to open for the "first" time after an update. So for example if I open Notepad, it takes very long on the "first" time, then the next time I open Notepad, it opens fast again. The same thing for every other program, some take extremely long like the 3D program Blender for the first time. Then the next time it's fast again. But once the Windows 11 updates get through again, it takes very long again to open
