Windows 11 All audio outputs disappeared

Hi, I noticed all of my audio outputs disappeared but I didn't do anything, I tried installing uninstalling the drivers and install them from Realtek, Acer, and Intel but to no avail. I even factory restarted the laptop but still "No audio device is installed", I'm surprised factory restarting doesn't do anything. I use this laptop for school and I am desperately needing help on this one, thank you very muchUsing Acer Nitro V ANV-15-51
