Windows 11 All icons gone and cannot open Task Manager

When I turned my PC on it was finishing a windows update, I don't remember doing a windows update. After this I noticed that all icons are just gone (Desktop, Explorer, Taskbar). When I try to open the Task Manager or the properties window of a file it does nothing. It does a spin on the mouse and then nothing happens.I tried:RestartingRestarting explorer.exesfc /scannowI would appreciate any help,thanks
