My laptop upgraded to the latest Windows 10 release (version 1803, April update) last night. Since then I've got all kinds of problems with Photoshop Elements 2018. Error messages all over the place, including
Until the Windows update/upgrade Photoshop Elements worked perfectly fine, no issues at all. Is there some incompatibility issue with Photoshop Elements 2018 and the latest Windows 10 release?
It seems others have reported similar problems since the v1803 April update

- When trying to "save for web" I always receive an error "The operation could not be completed"
- When trying to change settings I get a random message "An integer between 50 and 8 is required. Closest value inserted"
- In the quick mode when attempting an adjustment (e.g. sharpen) a message "Could not complete your request because the active layer is empty.", followed by "Could not complete the Adjust Sharpness command because there is not enough memory (RAM)."
