I have been a victim off Private investigators now 2.8 years during and after divorce for 2.8 years and no fix or remedy in site. after process of changed all 10 email address been using 2 step along with two factor authentication and no help at all. now thinking before my divorce who knew my email address was the ex wife. She never for unknow reason always used my email address. Now future checking I concluded that my my outlook has been cloned. Coz I noticed right after changing my passwords computer generated passwords I still remained unable to use it. I informed MS support didn't seem interested and know help there. I tried to changing all new account ID and passwords . Within a hours all new account ID the password had been changed and at the same time at random someone started to deactivate my accounts and this has been continued for 2.8 years I also asked a IT tech and after examine my new HP laptop a IT informed The PI are using a Command prompt to mirror my desk top to there location this gives them the upper hand of any changes I make and observe all and anything your are watching or working on. I had contacted Spectrum ISP muliltipal times getting know where, I had contacted Spectrum security/fraud dept and at first they were willing to work with me and after 2 weeks of gathering logs fills my my ASUS router and my pc, Out of the blue refused to accept my records and became rude and hung up on me. I then requested to speak to there supervisor and they denied. They gave me no reason or recital to there changing there minds. I had moved 3 times from my apartments a total of three times having to brake my lease paying very large amounts each and every mouth.
I did purchase another router just a test and comparison, I was having the same results as if I had been using the same Asus router and using a brand new Aris modem from one on of the local electronics store. I had notice they upload speed and download speeds almost down to nothing, I then ran a command prompt for continues ping which verged greatly, The initial base line average was 54 and during the notable major difference now1456 average, I had done this for 2 weeks straight with same results, I called Spectrum internal support and at there end ran several test and sent out there installers and checking my internal onsite connections and had no problem with my equipment. At the time prior to the installers my down and upload speeds almost 2 mb down and up. But like clock work the installers called prior to arriving to my apartment my internet started to work normally again. The installers found nothing to be wrong. this went on 5 more times. The result came back the same making me look like a total nut case. At this point requested to use there equipment and as soon as the installers left the internet started working the drop in speed .I proceeded to tri a app called net cut then everything to work normal, I then went about my life almost ok but still having the same issues with all my email passwords issues, one night late at night I keep hearing to be like a hand held gig saw in two separate location of the floor above then distinctly they pulling a hand held blocks from the floor above me. not even a couples days later my ping time off the scale once more, I had run into the manface worker. He asked me what are the guys are watching you for, I asked him future to describe what he had seen, He had described to me was the same equipment and same exactly that was my coxal cable from under the upstairs floor which is the location of my internet/cable tv had be run before it exacting the building confirmed by maintenance worker, He also described the fiber optical micro fibers to watch and monitor me 24/7 of my activities and my bath room also from the surrounding apartments from the back walls and closets and the back walls of my bath room,based on my reading and video ofPI conventions showing off there tech toys was the same what I had seen the conventions. how the work is similar to your tv at both tay use this fiber run into a fiber housing and then into a computer monitor which can used in ambient light without the use of its own and can carry video/ audio and in low light the y have the ability to use inferred light for night monitoring and still be mortified to use termo and full spectrum optical, I also contacted Apple Inc lead chief of security which he had remotely into my pc and iPhone and had put me on hold for 30 min. and came back with a stern warning to advised me to get a dam good lawyer and my on PIs because what the PI were try to set me up with fraud by using a technique called looping which can redirect a transaction to a altnanate sorce or device making a charge look like it cam from my devices at this time., The security officer told me if any question
