Windows 11 All Store downloads fail with Code: 0x80070005

I just bought a new computer with Windows 11 and I am not able to download any apps from the Microsoft Store. All fail with " Something went wrong. We're aware of the issue and working to fix it. Try refreshing or come back later." Code: 0x80070005
