Windows 10 Home, Build 18362. I first tried restoring from a system restore point but was met with this error code (0x8007007e):
I then ran the DISM and SFC commands to check for corrupted files; some files were found to be corrupt and they were repaired. I tried restoring again multiple times with different restore points and was met with this error code all times (0x8007045b):
Finally, I tried a workaround I saw in another thread that said to restore from Windows RE. Once again, it failed and I was met with the error code I first received (0x8007007e), putting me back at step one. I have looked at similar threads but no solutions were found. Can anyone help with this?
