Hope everyone is fine and doing well, i was also doing well until i update my windows. Last week i updated my windows and suddenly notice my USB ports stopped working . I look into internet but nothing good i found on internet except fresh installing windows. I was looking into problem for days and certainly realize i don't have bluetooth option and i again look into internet ... but same thing is there fresh install. After so much looking and searching i use factory setting option in my laptop . But then also no fruitfull solution i get, after then i even install new windows but same...Also yesterday i realize my webcam is also not working. Its to hard for me that there is some hardware issue as it was working well before update . How my hardware can be damaged after windows update..I updated my bios and did everything but nothing...usb host controller is showing code 10 error while bluetooth and webcam showing error 45 . It shows i have best drivers but still don't work
My laptop is Dell Inspiron 15 3567 with 8 gb ram and also my window is orignal.
Please if anyone can help would be appreciable.
