Windows 11 All Windows 11 text files have CRLF problem

I have Windows 11 Home and Microsoft 365 installed. The .txt files are unreadable - they have separate lines of two to four characters of text per line.Chicago,IL 60654 -UnitedStatesAt the bottom on the left:Ln1, Col 1 6,633 charactersand at the bottom on the right100% Windows(CRLF) UTF-8***Move from Microsoft 365 and Office / Other / For home / Other***
