Windows 11 All windows 11 users can't see option to pin start menu icons

Is someone else facing this issue in their organization. Even though all start menu and taskbar policies are 'no configured' still the option to pin to start menu disappeared. There was no recent change made to our machine policies via GPO or intune. We do have a policy configured to pin folders on the start menu in Win11. It never caused any issue earlier, I assume it's the latest update for Win11.Just checking if this is a MS issue.
