If I try to open any windows app (photos, calculator, store, ect...) it will appear for just 1 frame on the task bar and instantly close. First noticed when trying to open an image and getting a "app didn't start" error.The remedies I have tried: reinstalling windows, attempting to fix issues with the 100 year in the future restart issue with Software Protection Service, BIOS reset, resetting apps individually in settings, powershell reinstallations, sfc and image health commands.Other applications such as chrome/edge, games, system apps all work without problem.Quite annoyed at not being able
