I'm using a HP Probook Laptop having Windows 7 OS (32 bit). I'm encountering this issue where the Alt Key seems to be pressed automatically, without it actually being pressed physically & when this happens even my Touchpad stops working & the cursor won't move & doesn't work for Zooming or Scrolling. But the cursor works on connecting & using a USB Mouse.

And moreover, due to this Alt key being pressed, even it's really difficult to Type in something & pressing Enter or double clicking a folder will open its properties.

And this is for sure doesn't seem to be an issue with the Keyboard as this issue doesn't immediately starts, but after sometime of booting my laptop, and this doesn't happens continuously, but seems like the key is pressed & released alternately, in quick successions. And many a times, this issue stops happening after sometime and then begins again.

I've checked the Sticky Keys setting. Its disabled.

In the System Configuration as well, all services in "Startup" are disabled.

Note :- On strating, the 1st thing which comes on screen is "Exiting..." (SS attached below). I've seen that such a msg comes on making some changes in BIOS. But this is coming without that. So could this be something to do with my above issue!?

PLEASE HELP!!!
