Windows 11 alt+tab kills my audio output source

whenever i play my game, my headphones(hd6xx) will randomly disappear and switch to my speakers(pebbles) ive noticed that i can force it when i press alt+tab this is super frustrating and i have no clue how to fix itwhat ive tried: updating my drivers. ive used DDU to remove my audio drivers and reinstalled them on my motherboards support page. my graphic drivers are up to date as well as my bios and sound controllers
