Windows 11 An automatic windows 11 update occured on the 27/09/23 and now my battery is stuck on 36% battery power and wont charge any higher - thoughts?

An automatic windows 11 update occured on the 27/09/23 on my ASUS Zenbook Duo:1. Now my laptop battery is stuck on 36% battery power and wont charge any higher?Performed hard and soft resets to no avail.1. Tried changing Power mode, Power plan tried options and changed all Screen and Sleep options to Never to no avail.2. Tried changing Advanced Battery Settings including Battery Capacity, Updating Drivers (latest was already installed) found no errors. Appreciate anyone's insight in what I should do next. Thanks
