Windows 11 an nsis error that says error launching installer keeps popping up randomly even though i didnt try to launch and installer.

it's not a one time thing and opens up again after about 3 hours again.i already tried reinstalling windows 11 using an .iso file which rebooted my pc a bunch of times but it still popped up and i also tried typing sfc /scannow in command prompt.
