I need someone to contact me and I will update my review, long story short what looks like has happened is I had an email on an old phone with the authenticator device on that phone that email added to the authenticator and two-step authentication on. Since then on a new phone I know my password but still ask for the second step of authentication which is the app, it will not generate a code because it's not signed in now what do I do? I can't add that email to the authenticator app without app! How do I get to authenticator app to work with an email I'm not signed in on the device with? This
