Windows 10 Another weird boot up problem?

Ok, So I have an older office PC that I got for myself last year. The PC itself is working great but when I try to boot the PC up with the peripherals (i.e mouse, keyboard,) the computer takes more than 5 minutes to boot up. The PC does have an SSD but just like I said before if the peripherals are attached the PC will take long to boot up.Inversely if I boot the system up without the peripherals the system only takes a few seconds opposed to a few minutes.How can I solve this?
