Windows 11 Antimalware and other items wont stop running on my computer, causing high cpu utilization. Windows 11.

I have an aurora r12 from dell. I have had no issues using this device in 21h2 windows 11. Ever since I have downloaded win 11 22h2 My cpu utilization has been extremely high, all the time and is causing my i9 11900f to spike to temps around 80 degrees for an extended period of time. I have tried to roll back to windows 21h2 but it does not seem to fix the issue. Please help me.
