Windows 11 Antimalware service executable is IMPOSSIBLE to turn off and it's consuming all my memory

For over a year I've been looking online to see if I can find a way to turn this crappy thing off and there is no proper information at all on the internet. No one seems to have an answer for this.Please, I just want to get rid of it.
