Windows 10 Antimalware servie executable high cpu usage, dwm.exe. csrss.exe and windows searchhigh gpu usage

Hello there,I have been recently running into a few problems on my pc. I noticed high cpu usage from Antimalware service Executable, and high gpu usage from dwm.exe and csrss.exe. It only happens if I move my mouse over Icons, or when I scroll trough programms (Task manager, Chrome) or when I play a game like Grand Theft Auto V.My game also gets really low performance when these processes spike up like that. My Pc also notified me to restart my pc, because it needs to complete the nvidia high denfinition Audio programm or something like that, but i already use nvidia high definition audio. I a
