Windows 10 Any chance Microsoft will let go and transfer upgrade Win10 Pro licence?

Hi there,I have bought a second hand laptop with Win10 Pro installed. After some time going through a new installation the pc ended up with Home edition. After some research I have come to understanding that the Win10 Pro was an upgrade tight to the account of the previous owner who has essentially given up on his later investment when going to sell his pc.No one can use the feature any more.That guy has bought an upgrade to his laptop but when selling it later the investment went through a black hole called Microsoft profits.As if I bought new tyres for my car but later on when selling my car
