Windows 10 Any tips on not being able to boot into windows after bios?

Im unable to boot windows at all. It previously worked well for a while maybe years, I tried to “reset windows” to another drive and an error occurred which now leaves me unable to boot from that drive or any past my bios it just sits with my motherboard brand, it used to display black screen with white underscore blinking however when I deleted all partitions and tried to install windows that way I can no longer get the blinking under score and instead I’m locked at the bios brand screen.
