I have an external hard drive connected to my laptop that I store footage on, that would be incredibly convenient for me to trim individual ones with windows photo trimmer before I compile them, without needing to leave space on my main laptop SSD drive to transfer and trim. If I try using the trim function on a video that is on my D: external hard drive, it slaps me with a 0x80070057 Please try again. If the problem continues, visit Microsoft Support to check for guidance. Any way I can get the trim function to work on my external hard drive? and the latter option which is less
