Windows 11 Anyone knows how to fix widows 11 22H2 update? I can't open anything such as the start menu, taskbar, settings, etc

Since the latest Windows 11 update 22H2 (I received the update message yesterday) Nothing seems to be working such as the features mentioned in the title. I try to click on these features but nothing appears and sometimes a small box top left appear and disappears quickly. Some apps show a popup saying the package could not be registered. I've tried restarting my PC, and CMD to open these applications, and even reinstalling Windows 11. I'll try anything to get this fixed. Please help. The only things that are working are installed apps (chrome, games, etc) The control panel, CMD, and task mana
