Windows 10 Apostrophe key doesnt work on UK layout but does on US?

I recently got a new keyboard. Im in the UK and its a US layout keyboard so I tried experimenting with the US layout to see how comfortable it was but I didnt like it so I uninstalled the US layout pack but now, for whatever reason, the apostrophe key doesnt work. When I reinstalled the US layout it works, but when I switch back to the UK layout it doesnt.Before I experimented with the US mode as well, it worked then. Im not sure why it doesnt anymore.EDIT: It seems to work when signing in for whatever reason but as soon as Im signed in it stops working again, and when using the onscreen keybo
