Hi, every time I open run and type %appdata%, it usually opens "C:/user/programdata/roaming" but ever since I installed and uninstalled nox player, it has been acting strange. Not it asks me "How do you want to open this file?", which shouldn't be happening. I opened it on notepad and it says this;

Please help me remove this. I have already uninstalled nox player but it seems it has affected the system. I'm aware that to access programdata right now via Run, I'd have to include a double quotation mark (") at the beginning and end of the command %appdata%. However, can you help me revert this back to normal? I'm worried that despite uninstalling and deleting nox player, it still shows up.

Thank you very much for your help!
