Windows 10 appears ONLY the first time STARTUP EACH SERVER, Apache chose CANCEL but All others chose to ALLOW ACCESS, ... How can reappear this and choose to ALL

I went install XAMPP for Windows 10, the newest version...The problem is Apache Server do NOT startup, but the other Servers like MySQL Server and FileZilla Server startup without problemThis for sure happens because like in the screenshot below - that this appears ONLY the first time STARTUP EACH SERVER, Apache chose CANCEL but All others chose to ALLOW ACCESS, ...
