Good day,I am an administrator for my company and one of the users has been having this one issue for the last month or so.Issue:While the user uses the laptop. The programs they are using stop responding at random. There are no errors. Resources are not being overused as the specifications are quite good (specs listed below). Event Viewer shows nothing out of the ordinary.Notes:The user is an administrator and daily workflow consists of multiple large Excel workbooks open with Outlook and Adobe Acrobat also running.
