Windows 11 Apps and Features option is missing from my settings. I'm not in S mode either.

I wanted to disable background apps to clear up some ram usage and I'm not able to since I can't see the Apps and Features options when I select apps within the settings app. I'm running Windows 11 Home edition, it is not in S mode. I have tried a couple fixes but none of them worked for me.
