Windows 11 Apps on Windows 11 drop to 0.1 mbps

Apps tend to use only 0.1 mbps of my internet connection at random times (my internet plan is 10 mbps), ive ran various antivirus scans but it doesnt detect nothingI'm running a system with a Asus motherboard, a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Zen 2 CPU with Windows 11 Pro 22H2 build 22621.2428, and use a Tp-Link TL-WN821N wifi adapter to connect to the internet
