Windows 11 Apps resized on main monitor when exiting Fullscreen mode (Dual monitors)

Hello fellas,I need your help because i have a really annoying problem !I recently bought a new 4K monitor (Samsung Odyssey G70A) in addition to my AOC FULL-HD monitor. Every time that i'm ALT-TAB or press Windows key (to go back on my desktop) in my Full-screen game, all apps from my second monitor (in 1920*1080 resolution) got moved to my 4K monitor. When i go back in the game, they go back on my second monitor as it was.I searched a lot on internet and it seems that the problem is named Rapid Hot Plug Detect.I had this problem when i was on Windows 10 and back then i read 2 solutions :- Upg
