Windows 11 Are Notepad files saved online?

I have two laptops that I use, and one of them has a notepad file that I made quite a while ago, and didn't really need up until now. Unfortunately, the laptop that I used to for the notepad is now packed away, and I'm in a different country, so it's not something I can access for the time-being. Is there any way, or any online app like Microsoft 365, that I can log into and access my notepad (.txt) files. Documents like Word and Powerpoint don't really matter to me, it's specifically a notepad document. It's not saved to my OneDrive. I checked, and the last time my OneDrive was saved and sync
