Windows 10 Are the description of Critical battery level and Reverse battery level written opposite in this article?

Why Microsoft named 'Windows' to its operating system [Video] - Pureinfotech it says Critical battery level means the computer will run on reserve power, and Reserve battery level means the computer is about to go into hibernation mode.Why what I remember is totally opposite????Why I keep seeing articles that talks about stuffs contrary to what I know. Am I crazy???
