Windows 11 Are these two drivers supposed to be still enabled after uninstalling hyper-v and is it safe to uninstall them?

Hello. i was browsing through device manager and ive noticed two drivers under the system devices category called Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure driver and microsoft hypervisor service. I have hyper-v uninstalled and virtualization disabled in the bios as well as disabling the virtualization based security. My operating system is windows 11 pro. Is it safe to disable these drivers?
