Windows 11 Ask for Permission - Microsoft Family Features Error pop-up- When I am the Admin and Owner of the account. How to fix?

I am a Windows 11 user and recently I am starting to get pop-ups asking for me to request permission if I wish to use a Microsoft App, For example MS Store. This should not be happening as I am both the Administrator on the computer and the Family Owner/Admin within the MS Family account. This has never happened before, and I assume is based on some recent Windows 11 update? I've attached some example screenshots of the screenshot I see initially (the first screen shot where I need to ask for permission is the error as I shouldn't need to ask as I am both the admin on both windows and MS Famil
