Windows 11 Assistance Needed for Persistent Navigation Issue on Windows 11 Pro

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 Pro, and ever since, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue where my system keeps automatically navigating back to the previous page in every application, including Settings. For instance, when I go to Personalization in Settings, it reverts to the home page within seconds. This issue was not present on my previous Windows 10 Pro operating system. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including updating my PC, checking for keyboard or mouse issues, running a full malware scan, and updating drivers, but the problem persists.
