Windows 10 ASUS A455LF Mobile Hotspot isn't working

Hello everyone.I have an ASUS A455LF with windows 10 running on it. Everything was fine until last December, I can't turn the mobile hotspot on. It kept showing "We can't set up mobile hotspot" sign. I don't understand why it keep happening.
