Hello. I bought an Asus VivoBook X1502ZA laptop on February 12, 2023 and have lately been encountering one concerning issue possibly tied to RAM inefficiency. In short, the issue is a complete system freeze possibly caused due to system freeze which subsequently forces me to force shut down the laptop. I believe this laptop model has an extra SODIMM RAM Slot that the seller told us to use to increase efficiency, and I have the premonition that they urged us to do so to avoid issues like these.
