Windows 8 Attempting to install Windows 10 from 8

I am getting an error when trying to upgrade my older laptop from Windows 8 to 10. I do have enough storage and proper requirements for this. The error reads: "This app can't run on your PC. To find version for your PC, check with the software publisher" If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear. Thanks!
