Whenever I open a program that uses my audio device, (Logitech USB Headset), it will start flickering in and out of existence, on about a 4-second loop.

When it flickers out: The device disappears from the device manager, "playback devices" window, and "output devices" window. the buttons on the headset no longer work, and the headset plays no audio. The default audio device changes to an unrelated device.

When it flickers in: The device reappears in all 3 locations, the buttons work again, and it plays audio.

It flickers in and out about every 2 seconds.

The headset itself has no required driver, so I can't just uninstall / reinstall something.

The problem starts happening whenever I boot a game, or sometimes in the middle of watching a youtube video.

The problem persists for anywhere between 15 seconds to 5 minutes. Nothing seems to affect it or halt the loop.

I've seen some people say it's tied somewhat to NVidia drivers. I do have an NVidia card. Can provide any further technical specs where necessary.
