Windows 10 Audio driver not working

i was repeatedly having audio issues, only sound coming form one side of my headphone. i reinstalled my divers everything was good as new. after some time again. this issue kept coming back so i tied updating my current driver ("high definition audio driver") with realtek ones but it just won't. it keeps reverting back to the same drivers. i treid everything my last option was to come here to ask for advice. any suggestions?
