Windows 11 Audio from speakers not longer works within Camera app. Headphone audio works ok

Speaker audio within the Camera application stopped working in about July 2024. Worked great for a long time in my Dell laptop but then stopped working. Audio from headphone works ok. Speaker audio from all other applications works ok - it's only the Camera app that does not product (much) hearable audio.
