I really need help...

I had bought this HP Windows 10 Laptop in the first few weeks of October, and about one/two weeks ago, the audio decided to act out.

I've tried doing the troubleshooter and it says it's not responding, restarting the services countless times, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver(s) multiple times, tried contacting Microsoft Support, tried HP Support, watching Youtube videos about it, it seems nothing I do is working... It's really frustrating me and this has been going on for a little over two weeks or so, with no solution. I don't think I have done anything to tinker with it, I've tried looking on here (In the Community) for any help, and none of the suggestions work for me. I'm not really sure what to do now, and it looks (to me) that I have hit a dead end. I really love this thing, it runs well but I would really, really like to hear my videos, games, ETC. Even when I put in my headphones, it has the exact same problem.

*I have noticed while searching for a solution about this problem, that is it common (I think?). This laptop did come with Windows 10 installed, it is practically a brand new computer still, not having it for a full month yet.

Added note: The audio services were set to Automatic by default, and I had changed it when the services failed, to restart themselves, so when it refreshes itself and it will look fine until I go to use the volume slider. And using the volume shortcuts does not effect it whatsoever.
