Windows 11 Audio issue persists even after windows reinstall. Can someone help?

I tried getting help with this issue already but still no luck. I have no clue if it is an issue with my PC or if I did something wrong while trying to reinstall Windows 11, but I still have no audio coming from the speakers built in my pc or my monitor even though the sound in the corner of the screen and the settings says it is on. Please help.
