Audio & microphone not detected/don't work after Microsoft 2022-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems (KB5010342) was installed at 2am Feb 12, 2022:Both audio/Realtek Speaker & microphone (Realtek) worked perfectly at 11am Feb 11th. Microsoft 2022-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems (KB5010342) was installed at 2am and after that (since Feb 12 8am) no audio service and mic not detectedDid a System Restore to Feb 10th but that did not resolve the problemReinstalled 2 Windows 10 updates but that did not help either.
